Employee, accommodation and commute – from a single source
You don't have to worry about anything but the work. We supply the employees, arrange their accommodation and transport to the plant, and a coordinator is with them on site. We organise this in Germany and in Poland.

FAQ for companies
How much does staff leasing cost?
It depends on the position, headcount, shifts and length of cooperation. After a short conversation you receive a written offer with all costs.

What is included in the price?
Recruitment, contract, pay, ZUS and taxes, medical examinations and OHS training, and a coordinator. Accommodation and commute on request.
Who pays ZUS and taxes?
We do. In leasing we are the employer and you pay an invoice.
Who gives instructions to a temporary worker?
You, as the user employer, direct the work on site. We are the formal employer: contract, pay, ZUS.
Who is responsible for OHS?
We send staff to medical examinations and initial training. Workplace instruction and safe working conditions are provided by the user employer.
How long can a temporary worker work for us?
Up to 18 months within 36 months with one user employer – as the Polish Act on employing temporary workers provides.
Do you employ foreigners?
Yes. We legalise their work: a declaration of entrusting work, a type A work permit or a notification for Ukrainian citizens. We handle the matters at the authorities.
What languages do you speak?
With you in Polish and German. With employees in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Romanian.
Do employees speak German?
Usually not, which is why the coordinator speaks their language and yours. If you need people who speak German, write to us – we search separately.
How quickly will I get employees?
We can provide 15 to 30 people per week – in Poland and Germany, with accommodation and transport. The exact start date is given in the written offer.
Do you organise accommodation and commute in Poland?
Yes, within 100–200 km of Konin. By arrangement – all over Poland.
Do you also work in Germany?
Yes. We hold an AÜG permit and have a sister company in Düsseldorf.
