Kiedy dostanę pierwsze pieniądze?

Na jaką umowę pracuję?

Na umowę z pełnymi składkami ZUS. Przy pracy w Niemczech dostajesz też zaświadczenie A1.

Czy muszę znać niemiecki?

Nie. Do pracy na magazynie i w szklarni język niemiecki nie jest wymagany. Koordynator mówi po polsku.

Jak wygląda mieszkanie?

Pokoje 2–4-osobowe, kuchnia, łazienka i pralka. Mieszkanie zapewnia pracodawca, a zasady korzystania z mieszkania i z dojazdu do pracy omawiamy z Tobą przed wyjazdem.

Jak dojadę do pracy?

Dojazd do pracy organizuje pracodawca. Bus zabiera z mieszkania i przywozi z powrotem.

Czy muszę przyjechać do biura?

Nie. Pierwsza rozmowa jest telefoniczna i trwa około 10 minut. Potem dostajesz adres i plan dojazdu.

Czy agencja pobiera opłaty od kandydatów?

Nie. Nie pobieramy od kandydatów opłat za pośrednictwo pracy. Jeśli ktokolwiek prosi o pieniądze za obietnicę pracy, nie wysyłaj ich i zadzwoń do nas.

How to check that an agency is trustworthy

Before you trust anyone, check these five things. With us, you can verify each one.

KRAZ number. An employment agency in Poland must be in the register. Our number is 11340.
AÜG permit. The German permit for staff leasing. We have it and will show it on request.
A written contract before departure. Read it calmly, in your own language.
No fees from candidates. Never send money to anyone for a promise of work.

What documents do I need?

An ID document and a document confirming your right to stay and work. The recruiter gives you the full list after the first call, because it depends on your citizenship and place of residence.

How much will I earn?

€15.33 gross per hour plus a €0.50 bonus in offers in Germany. The recruiter goes through the pay terms with you before you sign the contract.

When do I get my first pay?

The first advance comes after two weeks of work. You will learn the payment details in the interview.

What contract will I work on?

A contract with full ZUS contributions. For work in Germany you also get an A1 certificate.

Do I need to speak German?

No. German is not required for work in a warehouse or greenhouse. The coordinator speaks Polish.

What is the housing like?

Rooms for 2–4 people, kitchen, bathroom and washing machine. The employer provides the housing, and we go through the rules for the accommodation and the commute with you before you leave.

How do I get to work?

The employer organises the commute. A bus picks you up from your housing and brings you back.

Do I have to come to the office?

No. The first conversation is by phone and takes about 10 minutes. Then you get the address and directions.

Does the agency charge candidates fees?

No. We do not charge candidates fees for job placement. If anyone asks for money in exchange for a promise of work, do not send it and call us.

What work is available in Poland?
