Frequently asked questions about working in Germany

Do you provide housing?

Yes. You live in an ordinary furnished flat or house (2-, 3- and 4-room flats with kitchen and bathroom), in rooms for 2–4 people, close to your workplace. We confirm the housing details before you arrive.

How do I get to work?

On site we provide the daily commute from your housing to work and back in our buses. You travel to Germany on your own – once your departure is confirmed, we send you the exact address and instructions.

How much will I earn?

In current offers: €15.33/h gross + €0.50/h attendance bonus, a €200 advance after the first 2 weeks, allowances for drivers. The recruiter confirms the exact terms for your position before departure.

What kind of contract?

We employ through the Polish company TML Plus Sp. z o.o. (employment agency, KRAZ 11340) on a contract with full ZUS contributions. You work in Germany as a posted worker – before you leave we take care of the formalities, including the A1 certificate. A permanent contract is possible.

Do I need to speak German?

No. A Polish-speaking coordinator helps you on site. We work with candidates in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and Romanian.

What should I bring?

ID card or passport, a euro bank account, S3 safety shoes, work clothes, bedding or a sleeping bag, basic dishes and your own medication.
